EcoCity

GEG manages the “Smart Grid” part of the Grenoble EcoCity project with Atos Worldgrid . In the bargain, new jobs and new services to enable everyone ( residential customer , service, community) , to better manage their consumption , improve energy efficiency and monitor the effectiveness of actions implemented .

Achievements 

  • Deployment of the major information systems
    – Smart metering
    – Territorial monitoring
    – Network management system
  • Integration Multifluid : electricity, gas , district heating, water
  • Collection and recovery of daily data
  • CNIL validation (it concerns the confidentiality of personal data, according the legal norm)
  • Production start portals Citizens and Pro

Prospects for end 2016

  • 700 Housing equipped
  • IHD interfaces on new buildings
  • Integration of RT2012 data
  • New versions of Pro and Citizen portals
  • Integration of various materials ( energy box , heat pump, technical management of buildings )

VivaCity

The programme VivaCity involves the development of an experimental platform for collaborative energy data management, covering the perimeter of the Grenoble EcoCity. It is run by GEG in collaboration with Atos Worldgrid and utility operators in Grenoble (CCIAG, drinking water service).
